St Olave's Grammar School Virtual Learning Environment

This VLE is the school's vehicle for delivering courses for on-line learning. Over the coming months more and more teaching and learning resources will become available within this environment. Courses will reflect the school's current curriculum offerings and schemes of work.

Following the lauch of their first ever journal last December, the Olavian Natural Sciences Society has now published Issue 2. Articles written by members, on topics range from 'The origins of modern science' to 'Nanotechnology'. The Society meets every Friday at 1pm in S4, and new members are welcome to join from years 11 - 13yrs. Please see Ms Marwood for further information. <CLICK HERE> to download Issue 2.

Extra Curricular Clubs, societies and sports questionnairre

These two supermarkets have once again launched their voucher schemes to support the purchase of equipment in schools. This is a very helpful scheme and in the past we have used it to acquire equipment for a vast range of activities. Since the opening of the new Egan Centre at school we have been able to offer a wider range of activities to the students and this has been well-received by the students and staff alike. However more activities means more resources are needed – please support us by collecting as many Sainsbury and Tesco vouchers as possible and handing them into the PE Department or School Reception. Many thanks for your help.
